Instructions - How To Download Digital Files

After your purchase, we automatically send an email with a link to download your digital file. This email is sent to the email address you've provided on the checkout page. If you don’t see it in your inbox, check your spam file or social or promotions tab (if you use Gmail). This email should be sent within several minutes of your order's confirmation.

If nothing happens when you click the download link, try a different browser. For example, if you’re using Google Chrome, try Microsoft Edge or Internet Explorer.

Please note: Most mobile and tablet devices DO NOT allow for downloading through a link. You should always access the link from a laptop or PC. Once you download it to your PC, you can send it to yourself via email or Dropbox (or whichever way you normally transfer files from your computer to your mobile or tablet) to access it from your mobile or tablet device.

Once you click on the link to download the file, you can select the location on your computer that you want to store it (The default folder is usually “Downloads”.).

The downloaded file is a PDF which contains instructions and a personal link to your very own spreadsheet template.

Note:

• If you don't have a PDF reader, you can download Adobe Reader for free here.
• You need to have a Gmail/Google account and be logged in to use the Google spreadsheet.
